I am now forced to drive further from my home to go to a different DMV to get the help I need. Your people there at the Neptune Beach DMV branch are the leading assholes of the state. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★An error was made when my daughter scheduled her road test. We went to the kernan office, they do not do road tests at that location. Flo at the kernan office immediately got in contact with the Neptune location and they accepted us as a walk in same day! I know they are always Crazy busy and yes we had to wait but everyone was amazing! What a great team at both locations. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆INCOMPETENT!!! 3 trips in one day to get nothing done! Instead of giving you all the information you need in one shot they like to turn you away and have you come again and again. Had the same issue with this branch with my marriage licence.Typical government BULL$@&$! Now have to drive 21/2 hours to give them a signature.
